A bit about Funky T
This journey started in my teens, hustling for my first bit of second-hand DJ equipment and playing free gigs just for the buzz of it. While my mates were stacking shelves, I was stacking playlists and rocking birthday parties, learning the ropes one gig at a time. From dodgy lights and CD cases to the best DJ equipment money can buy...I've lived and breathed the DJ journey for the past 20 years.
What started as my teenage hobby has grown into bookings all across the UK in luxury wedding venues, festival slots and unforgettable moments under the name of DJ Funky T.
My goal is to 'break the norm' of what many people think when the term 'Wedding DJ' is mentioned.
I’m curating moments, building energy and delivering that club/festival atmosphere wherever I go. If you want the classic wedding tunes, I'll give them to you... like you've never heard before!
I love every weekend, working with amazing people who want a night to remember. The tunes might change, the venues might vary, but the mission stays the same: make it special, make it live, make it loud.
